水性碲化镉量子点荧光防水聚氨酯涂料

摘要:通过向氟硅共同改性的聚氨酯乳液中加入反应时间不同的水性碲化镉量子点,制备荧光发射波段可控的荧光防水聚氨酯涂料。采用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和接触角测试等研究方法分别对聚氨酯涂膜的成分、荧光性能和防水性能进行表征,测试了量子点反应时间和量子点含量对聚氨酯涂膜的荧光性能的影响。结果表明,调控量子点可以使制备的防水聚氨酯涂料具有发射峰在540 nm到660 nm波段范围内的可控荧光,当量子点溶液和聚氨酯的复合乳液中量子点浓度在3.2 ~ 4.0 μmol/L时,涂膜有着良好的荧光性能,并且能够保证涂膜的疏水性和耐水性。

Fluorescent Waterborne Waterproof Polyurethane Coating with CdTe Quantum Dots
Abstract:Waterproof polyurethane coatings with tunable fluorescent functions were successfully obtained after incorporating a series of CdTe quantum dots prepared with different heating time. The fluorescent and waterproof properties of as-prepared coatings were characterized using UV-vis spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectrometer and dynamic contact angle analyzer, respectively. The effects of quantum dots contents and reaction time of quantum dots were investigated. It follows that as-prepared coatings were successfully functionalized with tunable fluorescent emissions at a range from 540 nm to 660 nm. Moreover, coatings exhibited best fluorescent and waterproof properties when the volume ratio of quantum dots solution and emulsion is between the range of 3.2-4.0 μmol/L.
