超导磁浮危险物质输运系统屏蔽层性能研究

摘要:针对目前危险物质的运输需求,本论文提出了一种基于超导磁悬浮技术的非接触式密封输运系统。该系统采用块材高温超导材料,配合永磁导轨实现稳定悬浮,以悬浮平台拖载危险物质,在悬浮平台与基础磁性轨道间设置了保护屏蔽层,从而可以实现对危险物质的密闭式悬浮输运。本论文以放射性元素为例,实验研究了放射性屏蔽层引入后对于高温超导悬浮系统性能的影响。通过不同实验模式的对比,验证了放射性屏蔽层存在下,高温超导磁悬浮系统的运行有效性。论文的测试数据及主要结论可为非接触式输运系统设计及工程应用提供参考。

Shielding Layer Performance of the HTS Maglev Contact-less Transportation System
Abstract:A contact-less Maglev system was purposed in this article for the transportation of hazardous materials. This Maglev system is based on the bulk high temperature superconductor (HTSC) and the permanent magnet guideway (PMG). The shielding layer can be set between the HTSC and the PMG, which consisted a sealed transportation system. The performance of high temperature superconductive (HTS) Maglev system with the existence of shielding layer, for the radioactive materials, was researched in this article. By the experiments of different shielding layer type, the effectiveness of HTS Maglev system with shielding layer was proved. The experimental data and analysis of this article can supply beneficial references for the practical engineering application.
