摘要:本文建立了用于毛细管电泳弱信号检测的自适应随机共振方法。该方法采用单稳非线性系统,并将多目标遗传算法引入系统参数优化过程以实现参数的自动优化。随后将该方法用于莫达非尼对映体毛细管电泳弱信号的检测,经自动优化,系统参数b取值为0.031时,输出信号兼具高信噪比、良好峰形以及良好的线性关系(r=0.9987)。

The application of an adaptive stochastic resonance algorithm to the detection of weak capillary electrophoresis signal
Abstract:In this paper, an adaptive stochastic resonance algorithm was developed for the detection of weak capillary electrophoresis signals of modafinil enantiomers. In the stochastic resonance algorithm, the single-well potential functionwas used, and multi-objective genetic algorithm was introduced to the optimization of system parameter. By applying the adaptive stochastic resonance, the system parameter was set to 0.031, when the weak signals of modafinil enantiomers beingcharacterized with a good signal-to-noise ratio and good peak shapes as well. Besides, the linearity data showsthe good linearity of the method(r=0.9987).
