基于STM32的电阻抗成像系统设计

摘要:介绍了一种以STM32为核心控制芯片的电阻抗成像系统(Electrical impedance tomography, EIT)。该系统对激励电极施加电流,通过测量相邻电极间电压的有效值进行图像重建。采用STM32作为系统的控制核心,通过串口与计算机进行通信;应用由干簧管继电器构成的矩阵结构多路选通模块进行通道选择;采用差分方式进行数据采集。系统结构简单,稳定可靠,具有很强的可扩展性,成像结果清晰。为今后构建结构简单,成像结果清晰可靠的电阻抗成像系统提供了一种全新的思路。

Design of Electrical Impedance Tomography System based on STM32
Abstract:This paper describes a new electrical impedance tomography (EIT) system which utilizes STM32 as the kernel control chip. The adjacent current injection and voltage measurement strategy are used. The effective value of the voltage between the adjacent electrodes are utilized as the measured data. As the core controller of the system, STM32 communicates with the computer by serial port; a matrix-structure mux module, which consists of reed relay, is used for channel selection. Differential sampling method is used to collect the data. This system has the advantages of simple structure, stability, reliability and expansibility. Furthermore, the system can give clear imaging results. Thus the EIT system based on STM32 provides a new way for building a EIT system which has simple structure, stable performance and clear imaging results in the future.n)
