氢对裂纹尖端位错发射的影响

摘要:裂纹尖端发射位错是理解晶体材料中韧-脆转变行为的最基本的过程之一。裂纹尖端附近存在的氢气团对位错发射有着重要的影响。 本文研究了氢对椭圆钝裂纹尖端刃型位错发射的影响。 运用弹性复势方法导出了I型载荷下,刃型位错发射的应力强度因子的精确表达式。结果表明在高温下,位错容易从裂纹尖端发射;然而在高的浓度下,位错从裂纹尖端发射较为困难。

Effect of hydrogen on dislocation emission from crack tip
Abstract:Dislocation emission from a crack tip is one of the most fundamental process for understanding the strengthening mechanisms of crystalline materials. The presence of hydrogen atmosphere in the vicinity of crack tip has a significant influence on dislocation emission. In this article, the influence of hydrogen atmosphere on dislocation emission is investigated. The explicit expressions of critical stress intensity factors for dislocation emission from an elliptically blunted crack tip under mode I conditions are obtained by utilizing elastic complex potential method. The results show dislocation emission from an elliptically blunted crack tip takes place more easily at higher temperature, but dislocation emission is more difficultly at higher hydrogen concentration.
