一种新胆固醇衍生物的合成及结构表征

摘要:碳碳键构筑的偶联反应是有机化学中的前沿和热点,近年来,人们对镍催化的碳碳偶联方法进行了广泛的探索。镍催化剂由于其独特的性质能够弥补其他过渡金属催化剂的缺陷。本文报道了由镍催化的烯烃与烷基碘的偶联反应合成胆固醇衍生物。反应以廉价易得的烯烃为原料,高效便捷地实现了分子间烷基碘与烯烃的还原偶联,由胆固醇碘化物合成了生物化学中具有重要意义的胆固醇衍生物,通过核磁针对产物的构型进行分析,确定β构型为产物主要构型。

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Cholesterol Derivative
Abstract: The coupling reaction of carbon-carbon bond is the frontier and hotspot in organic chemistry. In recent years, the carbon-carbon coupling method has been extensively explored. Nickel catalyst can make up for other transition metal catalyst defects due to its unique properties. This paper reports the coupling of nickel catalyzed by the coupling reaction of olefins with alkyl iodides to synthesize cholesterol derivatives. The intermolecular reduction coupling of the alkyl iodide with the olefin was carried out efficiently and conveniently. The cholesterol derivatives, which are important in biochemistry, were synthesized and their structures were characterized by NMR for the analysis of the configuration to determine the β-configuration for the main structure of the product.
