摘要:骨形态发生蛋白(Bone morphogenetic proteins, BMPs)是一类与骨骼发育密切相关的酸性多肽,属于TGF-β超家族,能够诱导血管周围及结缔组织中未分化的间充质细胞向骨和软骨细胞方向分化,从而形成骨组织。BMP与胚胎组织的发育、功能维持及组织的修复均密切相关。随着研究的深入,发现BMP7的生物学功能不仅限于其诱导成骨活性,而且涉及早期胚胎和棕色脂肪的发育。此外,BMP7在肾、膀胱、脑组织中都有表达,对这些组织的形成和发育也有一定的作用。本文对BMP7基因的结构、信号传导及其在骨骼、脂肪以及其他组织形成过程中的功能进行了综述。。

The Research Progress of BMP7 Gene
Abstract:TBone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) is a kind of polypeptide, which belong to the transforming growth factor-β superfamily of protein. Researches indicate that BMP not only can induce the formation of bone cells, but also can promote the development of early embryo and brown adipose tissue. In addition, BMP7 expressed in the kidney, urinary and brain. This review would summarize some research progresses in gene structure, signal transduction and function of BMP7 in the bone, adipose and other tissue formation.
