模拟空间辐照环境对SiC反射镜反射率影响研究

摘要:本文对SiC反射镜在轨运行期间所处的带电粒子辐照环境进行模拟,得到了该环境条件下SiC反射镜反射率与辐照剂量和能量之间的关系。研究结果表明:电子辐照主要影响衬底,质子辐照影响衬底和薄膜,但随着辐照剂量的增加,由质子能量不同引起的反射率的变化幅度降低。由电子和质子综合辐照引起的反射率的下降要比电子和质子单独辐照引起的要大。

Investigation of Effects of Simulating Environment on Reflectivity of SiC Mirror
Abstract:The situation in which the SiC mirror in orbit was processed in simulated environment in present manuscript and the approximate rules of effects of the dose and energy of irradiation were obtained. According to the results, it is found that the electron irradiation mainly affects the properties of substrate and the patron irradiation could affect the properties of both reflective coatings and substrate. Furthermore, with the patron irradiation dose increases, the amplitude of reflectivity degradation decreases. The effect of synergistic irradiation of proton and electrons on the reflectivity degradation is found to be greater than the one of the fitted value of electron irradiation and patron irradiation.
