摘要:我们提出了一种全溶液PMMA辅助的旋涂方法在刚性和柔性基底上制作大面积均匀的银纳米线透明电极。在4''玻璃基底上,获得了具有高透射率(~ 0.91)、低电阻(平均~ 15 Ω/sq)以及长期稳定性的银纳米线透明电极,这些性质优于太阳能电池中应用的80 nm厚的ITO,同样优于传统的没有PMMA辅助的旋涂方法制备的银纳米线透明电极。这一方法还成功地拓展到了柔性基底上,也获得了良好的均匀性。

Large-area uniform siliver nanowire transparent electrode fabricated with a PMMA-assisted spin-coating method
Abstract:We have proposed a full-solution PMMA-assisted spin-coating method for uniformly distributing silvernanowires on both rigid and flexiblesubstrates as transparent electrodes. High optical transmittance (~0.91,much better than that of a 80 nm thick ITO that is typically applied to solarcells), good electrical conductivity (~15 Ω/sq on average, better than that of ITO) and long-term stability have been demonstrated for the deviceson 4" glass substrates, which are also better than the devices fabricatedwithout the assistance of PMMA. This method has beenextended to flexible substrates. Good uniformity is also achieved over alarge area of 5 cm × 5 cm.
