摘要:银离子(Ag+)的检测在生命科学、环境保护和医药领域具有重要意义。发展快速、低成本,灵敏度高地检测Ag+的方法是现在分析化学的一个研究热点之一。本论文合成了一种辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)包裹的荧光金纳米团簇(Au CNs),研究了所合成的HRP-Au CNs的荧光性质及其与Ag+相互作用时荧光的变化,通过优化传感条件,构建了一种基于HRP-Au CNs的银离子传感器。所构建的传感器具有良好的传感性能,有望用于Ag+离子的快速、成本和灵敏检测。最后论文对Ag+淬灭HRP-Au CNs荧光的机理进行了探讨。

A silver ion sensor based on horseradish peroxidase-coated Au nanoclusters
Abstract:The detection of silver ion (Ag+) is of great significance in the fields of life science, environmental protection and medicine. Therefore, developing a fast, low cost and sensitive detection methods are one of the hotest topics in analytical chemistry. In this paper, hoseradish peroxidase-coated Au nanoclusters (HRP-Au CNs) were synthesized, and the fluorescence properties and their interaction with Ag+ were investigated. After optimizing several experimental conditirons, a new Ag+ sensor has been developed. The developed chemical sensor has good sensing performances, which is envisioned to have proming applications in sensing Ag+. Finally, the fluorescence quenching mechanism was investiged and discussed.
