主动悬架阻尼多模式切换控制研究

摘要:为降低主动悬架系统的能耗,以基于三档阻尼可调减振器的并置式主动悬架为研究对象,针对传统控制方法难以解决主动悬架在大范围工况下获得良好动态性能的问题,提出采用阻尼多模式切换控制方法构建并置式主动悬架新型控制系统。开发了基于dSPACE的并置式主动悬架阻尼多模式切换控制系统快速控制原型试验平台,制定了系统整体试验方案,搭建了系统试验台架,完成了系统控制性能台架试验验证。试验结果表明,主动悬架整体性能得到了明显提升。

Ddamping multi-mode switching optimal control of active suspension system
Abstract:In this paper, to lower the energy consumption of active suspension system, on account of the problem that it is difficult for active suspension to gain good dynamic performances in a large range of working conditions, damping multi-mode switching control method is proposed to build the new collocated active suspension control system. Rapid control prototyping test platform of collocated active suspension damping multi-mode switching control system based on dSPACE is then developed, the system overall testing program is formulated, the system test rig is established, and the bench test is accomplished. The test results show that the overall performance of active suspension is improved significantly under the control of the proposed method.
