几种离子型不对称[P-O]催化剂用于烯烃均聚及乙烯和极性单体共聚

摘要:高选择性的获得聚乙烯及通过乙烯与极性单体共聚获取性能优异的功能聚烯烃新品种正吸引越来越多的关注,但传统的后过渡金属催化剂体系在这方面都有一些不足。相比之下,近些年出现的由中性配体构成的离子型[P-O]钯催化剂被发现有一些优良的催化性质,通过对取代基团,配体结构及其上取代基的设计,它们可以高选择性的获得烯烃二聚,三聚产物及中低分子量聚乙烯;同时,在乙烯和极性单体的共聚中有着广泛的官能团容忍度和较高的活性,并能得到特定结构的共聚物。综述了几种类型的离子型[P-O]钯催化剂在乙烯定向寡聚,乙烯均聚,乙烯和极性单体共聚中的新进展,重点探讨了离子化金属中心的引入和取代基效应对催化剂聚合性能的影响。

Several Types of Cationic Asymmetric [P-O] Palladium Complexes in Olefin Homopolymerization and Copolymerization
Abstract:Ethylene homopolymerization and ethylene-polar monomer copolymerization to get new kinds of polyolefins with novel characteristics and high selectivity are always of great interest. But there are some disadvantages of traditional transition metal catalyst systems. Therefore, it is important to investigate new alternative strategies. On the other hand, in recent years cationic [P,O] palladium complexes appeared with the abilities to get highly selective olefin dimer, trimer products and polyethylene with low molecular weight. At the same time, copolymerization of ethylene and a polar monomer with these catalysts has showed high activity and tolerance of functional group, and it can get polymers with specific microstructures. This reviSeveral Types of Cationic Asymmetric [P-O] Palladium Complexes in Olefin Homopolymerization and Copolymerization of Ethylene and Polar Monomerew summarizes new developments of several types of cationic [PO] palladium catalysts in ethylene oligomerization, ethylene homopolymerization and the copolyemerization of ethylene and polar monomers, focusing on the effects of cationic metal center and the substituent effect.
