环状结构电纺纤维的制备及形成机理

摘要:形貌可控的电纺纤维目前受到很多关注。本文报道了一种环状结构的电纺纤维制备方法及形成机理。研究发现利用针状收集极能够制得环状结构的电纺纤维,且电压的增大和纺丝液的电导率增加有利于环状结构的形成,其形成机理是由于电纺过程中纺丝射流之间的库仑排斥力引起的。

Fabrication and formation mechanism of closed-loop fibers by electrospinning
Abstract:Electrospun nanofibers with designed or controlled structures have drawn much attention. In this study, we report aninteresting new closed-loop structure in individual electrospun fibers, which are fabricated by electrospinning with a nail collector. The electrospinning parameters such as voltage and concentration are examined for the formation of the closed-loop structure. The results suggest that the increaseof the spinning voltage or addition of Ce(NO3)3 (or NaCl) is favorable for the formation of the closed-loop structure. Further analyses indicate that the formation mechanism of theclosed-loop fibers can be predominantly attributed to the Coulomb repulsion in the charged jets.
