双链RNA结合蛋白TRBP、PRKRA在miRNA成熟过程中的调控作用

摘要:miRNA是一类具有重要调控功能的小分子非编码RNA,广泛参与发育、细胞增殖、凋亡、周期等多种重要生物学过程的调节。Dicer是miRNA加工成熟过程中重要的节点蛋白。双链RNA结合蛋白TRBP、PRKRA可与Dicer发生蛋白-蛋白相互作用。这种相互作用可以调节Dicer活性及其对pre-miRNA切割位点选择,从而对miRNA的表达及序列产生影响。本文对TRBP、PRKRA通过Dicer调控miRNA表达的机制作一综述。

Role of double stranded RNA binding protein TRBP and PRKRA in miRNA biogenesis
Abstract:miRNA is a kind of small non-coding RNA which plays a key role in multiple bioprocess including development, cell proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle. Dicer is a crucial enzyme involed into miRNA biogenesis. Double stranded RNA binding protein TRBP and PRKRA could interact with Dicer thereby have an impact on miRNA expression and the cuttingsite selection on pre-miRNA. Here we review the current knowledge of the impact of TRBP and PRKRA on miRNA biogenesis.
