热电联合规划建模及求解方法研究

摘要:风能作为清洁能源的典型代表得到广泛利用,但是随之而来的弃风问题也愈发严重。由于热电机组的热电耦合关系,为保证冬季供暖,热电机组被迫提高出力挤占风电上网空间是产生弃风的主要原因。针对这一问题,本文提出了通过热源与热电机组配合,改善热电机组调峰能力以提高风电消纳的热电联合规划方案。根据热源和热电机组的运行关系,考虑热源的投资成本和收益,对热电联合规划方案进行建模。通过算例分析,讨论了各种模型求解方法的适用性,比较得出了最适合模型方案的求解算法。最终,求出各种规划方案下热源合理的配置容量,为热电联合规划方案提供参考。

Research on modeling and method of combined heat and power planning
Abstract:Wind power generation as an excellent representative of clean energy is widely used, but following wind power curtailment is more and more serious. The main reason of wind power curtailment is that cogeneration unit has to improve its minimum output for meeting the heat load in winter, due to a coupling of electric power and heat supply of combined heat-and-power (CHP) units, which causes the lack of space for wind power integration. To solve this problem, in this paper a new method of combined heat and power planning was proposed. Through setting varied forms of heat sources, CHP units can improve its load regulation ability to facilitate the wind power integration. Based on the operation of heat sources along with the CHP units and the investment cost and revenue of heat sources, combined heat and power planning can be modeled. Through a practical example, the feasibility of several methods were discussed and compared to choose the most appropriate one to solve this model. Finally, the optimal capacity of heat sources were calculated to provide a method of reference for combined heat and power planning.
