蜂窝纸板隔热性能的研究

摘要:目的 研究蜂窝纸板尺寸参数对隔热性能的影响。方法 通过SolidWorks建立有几何模型,然后在ANSYS Workbench中对蜂窝纸板进行稳态、瞬态热分析,得到相关数据。结果 蜂窝纸板传热达到稳态后,温度沿蜂窝板厚度方向近似呈线性分布。蜂窝纸板的结构参数也对蜂窝纸板的隔热性能有影响。结论 蜂窝纸板的各参数会影响蜂窝纸板隔热性能;蜂窝纸芯对蜂窝纸板隔热性能的影响大于其他因素的影响且蜂窝纸芯的厚度与蜂窝纸板的隔热性能呈负相关,即蜂窝纸芯的壁厚越厚隔热性能越差。因此,在设计蜂窝纸板隔热性能时主要考虑蜂窝纸芯厚度这一参数。

Study on thermal insulation performance of honeycomb paperboard
Abstract:Objective The influence of dimensional parameters on the thermal insulation performance of honeycomb board is studied. Methods The geometric model is established in SolidWorks, and then the ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the steady state and transient thermal analysis of the honeycomb board, and the related data are obtained. Results After the honeycomb paperboard reaches the steady heat state, the temperature along the thickness direction of the honeycomb board is in approximately linear distribution, and the configuration parameters of honeycomb paperboard have certain influence on its thermal insulation performance. The parameters of honeycomb paperboard will affect its insulation performance. Conclusions The effect of honeycomb paper core on the thermal insulation performance of honeycomb paperboard is greater than that of other factors, and the thickness of honeycomb paper core is negatively correlated with the thermal insulation performance of honeycomb paperboard, that is, honeycomb paper core The thicker the wall thickness the worse the insulation performance. Therefore, in the design of honeycomb paperboard insulation performance mainly consider the honeycomb paper core thickness of this parameter.
