开发一种高效环保的玻璃器皿清洁剂

摘要:铬酸洗液是各类实验室广泛使用的一种强效玻璃器皿清洁剂,但由于腐蚀性太强,其使用有很大的局限性。本研究以表面活性剂及无机清洗剂配合使用为主要方向,以铬酸洗液的洗涤效果作为对照,旨在开发一种环保的高效玻璃器皿清洁剂。我们采用氯仿-甲醇法提取出玻璃器皿上残留的油脂,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定残留油脂中脂肪酸的量,来评定清洗剂的洗涤效果。通过对几种表面活性剂及助剂的洗涤效果及其它特性进行比较分析,我们开发出了一种洗涤效果好、环保且对人体无伤害的清洗方法,先用质量分数2%左右的碳酸氢钠溶液对待洗设备浸泡作为前处理,再用质量分数0.2%-1.0%的异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)在37-80℃下浸泡处理30min左右。这种清洁方法的清洗效果优于铬酸洗液和白猫洗洁精,且操作安全,性能温和,清洗时间合理。

Develop a highly efficient and environmentally friendly glassware cleaner
Abstract:Chromium acid detergent is a powerful glassware cleaner which is widely used in different kinds of laboratories, but the Chromium acid detergent is so corrosive that there is a great limitation in using it. In this study, the surfactant and inorganic cleaning agent was used as the formula, the chromic acid washing effect as a control. It aimed at developing a highly efficient and environmentally friendly glassware cleaner. We used the chloroform-methanol method to extract the residual grease on the glassware and measure the amount of fatty acids in the residual grease with a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer to determine the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent. Through washing effect comparative analysis of several kinds of surfactants and additives , we successfully developed an environmental friendly cleaning method whose washing effect is good and does no harm to the human body. Firstly, soaking the glassware to be washed with about 2% NaHCO3 solution as a pre-treatment, and then soaking the glassware with 0.2% -1.0% of the E-1310 solution at 37-80 ℃ for 30 min or so. The cleaning effect is not only better than chromium acid detergent, but also better than white cat detergent. What more, the formula is safe, mild performance and the cleaning time is reasonable.
