离岸深水养殖网箱存在破损的网衣动态分析

摘要:离岸深水养殖网箱是当前海水养殖的重要组成部分,具有对生态环境影响小,产品质量高等优点。离岸深水养殖网箱的网衣长期处于海洋环境载荷的作用下,并遭受鱼群撞击、撕咬等作用,容易出现网衣局部破损,破损的存在和发展会引起鱼群逃逸,造成巨大的经济损失和对生态环境的不利影响。本文以重力式网箱网衣为研究对象,考虑网衣破损因素,对网片的状态进行动态分析。建立考虑网衣破损的网片动力学模型,采用数值方法进行求解,通过计算结果研究破损对网衣状态、形状、张力分布的规律进行研究,为网衣破损的发展以及网衣整体的寿命预测提供依据。

Analysis of Plane Net with Twine Breakage in Aquaculture Fishing Net Cage
Abstract: Offshore fish cage is one of the most important facilities for marine aquaculture farm. Damage or breakage may occur under the sea loads, biting by fisher, or abrasion or impact between net and boat or other objects. Existing and development of damage or breakage can cause escape of fishes and failure of cage structure. It may not only lead to huge economic loss but also cause potential ecological hazards. This paper studies the dynamic analysis of net sheet with damage or breakage in fish cage under currents. The dynamic model of plane net without/with twine breakage is developed by using lumped mass method. The numerical integration method is applied to solve the differential equations. The effects of twine breakage on shape of net, tension distribution on the net sheet and supporting bar are also investigated. The work can be helpful for the life estimation and predication of damage development.
