非小细胞肺癌EGFR 突变的分子影像学在体检测

摘要:肺癌是中国现阶段病死率最高和增长最快的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌占所有病例的 85%以上。晚期非小细胞肺癌患者自身疾病的分子特征和治疗密切相关。分子靶向药物 EGFR-TKI 及 EGFR 基因突变的发现改变了晚期 NSCLC 的治疗格局,近十年来,EGFR-TKI的研发和广泛应用,明显提高了突变患者的总生存期。现有检测的主流方法一定程度上影响了EGFR敏感突变肺癌患者使用EGFR-TKI的有效率。探索和建立快速准确检测 NSCLC 患者 EGFR 基因突变的方法,筛选出适合分子靶向治疗的人群,具有积极的重要临床意义。现将回顾过往文献并就此作一综述。?????

Molecular Imaging in vivo Detection of EGFR Mutations in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Abstract:Lung cancer is the highest and fastest growing malignancy in China at present, with non-small cell lung cancer accounting for more than 85% of all cases. The molecular characteristics and treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer are closely related. The discovery of TKI and EGFR mutations has changed the treatment pattern of advanced NSCLC. Over the past decade, the development and extensive application of EGFR-TKI have significantly improved the overall survival of mutant patients. The existing detection of the main method to a certain extent affected EGFR sensitive mutations in patients with lung cancer using EGFR-TKI efficiency. To explore and establish a rapid and accurate method for detecting EGFR mutations in NSCLC patients, and to screen out the target for molecular targeted therapy, which has important and important clinical significance.
