大型结构机构在轨运动特性测试技术国内外发展研究

摘要:卫星在轨运行时,对空间结构机构的空间位姿精度和受温度载荷的变形量进行实时高精度测量,反馈给卫星控制系统,调整与修正展开空间位姿,进一步有力保证航天器进入太空后在轨运行的正常、有效、长寿命的可靠运行。在轨运动特性测试技术能够实时掌握重要卫星结构的微小变形,对高精度高稳定性结构有重要意义。近年来,各种高分辨率成像卫星对结构尺寸精度和在轨稳定性提出了越来越高的要求,包括了在轨运行期间的稳定性。本文主要讨论了在轨运动特性测试技术测试方法及其在国内外发展的研究现状。

Research on the technology of on orbit motion characteristic measurement of large structure mechanism at home and abroad
Abstract:In this paperwhen the satellite is on orbit, the space structure of the agency space pose accuracy and temperature load deformation of high precision and real-time measurement, feedback to the satellite control system, adjustment and correction of the launch of space position, and further to ensure reliable operation of the normal, efficient and long-life spacecraft into space orbit. The in orbit motion characteristic measurement technology can grasp the minute deformation of the important satellite structure in real time, and it is of great significance to the high precision and high stability structure. In recent years, a variety of high resolution imaging satellites have put forward higher and higher requirements for the structure size accuracy and orbit stability, including the stability during orbit operation. This paper mainly discusses the test technique, measurement methods and development of the in orbit motion characteristics.
