钢渣钢纤维复合沥青混合料的制备及其自愈合性能研究

摘要:制备了玄武岩沥青混合料(BA)、钢纤维沥青混合料(SF)、钢渣沥青混合料(SS)和钢渣钢纤维复合沥青混合料(SF+SS)四种类型混合料。研究了单掺钢渣或钢纤维以及两者复掺对沥青混合料力学、热学性能以及电磁感应加热自愈合性能的影响。研究发现:钢渣、钢纤维掺入对沥青混合料具有增强作用,能够提高其破坏强度以及抗松散能力,其中钢纤维能够提高沥青混凝土韧性和热导率,钢渣降低其热导率;钢渣与钢纤维均能提高沥青混合料电磁感应加热效率,SS+SF加热速率最高;三种可被电磁感应加热混合料在60℃~90℃范围内,愈合率均随温度升高逐渐增大,相同温度下SS+SF愈合率最高,说明钢渣钢纤维复合能够进一步提高沥青混凝土愈合效率。?????

Preparation and Healing properties of steel slag/steel fibers composited asphalt mixture
Abstract:The basalt asphalt mixture(BA), steel fiber asphalt mixture (SF), steel slag asphalt mixture (SS), and steel slag-steel fiber composited asphalt mixture (SS+SF) were prepared, and the effects of the addition of steel slag and/or steel fibers on the mechanical, thermal and induction healing properties of asphalt mixture were investigated. The result showed that the additions of steel fiber and steel slag can reinforce asphalt mixture, increasing the strength and the resistance to stone loss. Steel fibers increase the ductility and the thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture, while steel slag decreases the conductivity. Both steel fibers and steel slag can enhance the induction heating speed of asphalt mixture, and the steel slag-steel fiber composited asphalt mixture shows the highest heating speed with induction heating. Within the heating temperature range 60℃~90℃, the healing ratio increases with the heating temperature for all the three mixtures SS, SF and SS+SF, while SS+SF shows the highest healing ratios at the same heating temperatures, indicating that the composition of steel slag and steel fiber can further increase the healing ratio of asphalt mixture.
