聚乙二醇衍生物修饰β-葡聚糖酶的性能研究

摘要:以聚乙二醇丙醛为修饰剂,对β-葡聚糖酶进行修饰,考察了投料比和不同分子量对修饰酶催化活性的影响,通过红外及SDS-PAGE对修饰酶进行表征。实验结果表明:聚乙二醇丙醛与β-葡聚糖酶成功的结合,并确定了最佳修饰条件,修饰酶的最适反应条件没有改变,但是催化活性、热稳定性及耐酸碱性都有一定程度的改善,并提高了在乙醇中的催化活性。

Studies on the Modification of β - gluconate with Polyethylene Glycol Derivatives
Abstract:In this pape,the effects of the feed ratio and the different molecular weight on the catalytic activity of the modified enzyme were investigated. The modified enzyme was characterized by FT-IR and SDS-PAGE. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for the modification of the modified alcohols with β-glucanase are determined, and the optimum reaction conditions of the modified enzyme are not changed, but the catalytic activity, thermal stability and acid Have a certain degree of improvement, and also improve the catalytic activity in ethanol.
