基于苹果力学挤压特性的山地减损储运小车结构设计

摘要:本文进行了山地果园路况下的水果减损储运车的结构设计研究。选取了山地水果品种山东烟台苹果为实验对象,结合电路设计、机械设计、工业设计人机工程等方面的知识,进行无损储运智能小车的结构设计。首先确定小车的组成材料,做初步结构设计,通过仿真验证小车设计结构的合理性;再对小车进行了基于人机工程形态优化和控制系统的设计等,确定了小车的尺寸;设计了小车的实体搭建和测重、抗震等实验,通过实验数据,进行了小车减损效果分析。试验结果表明:本研究设计的小车具有良好的抗震效果,其中综合减震率达到41.6%,实验材料的保护率达到58.3%,为山地水果储运智能设备的设计提供技术支持。

The structure design of trolley for storage with reduced losses in mountains based on the mechanical characteristics of the pressure apples
Abstract:The research was about the structure design of trolley for fruits' storage with no losses in mountain orchard. The apples in Yantai Shandong, one kind of mountain fruits, were selected as the experimental objects. In combination with circuit design, machine design, industry design, ergonomics and other aspects of knowledge, the structure of intelligent trolley for lossless storage was designed. Firstly, the material of the car was determined and the preliminary structure design came out, whose reasonability the structure design of trolley for storage with reduced losses in mountains based on the mechanical characteristics of apples' pressures tested by the simulations. Then, the following designs based on the shape-state optimization and control system of ergonomics determined the size of the car. Finally, a series of experiments including the setting up, weighing and earthquake resistance of the entity were carried out. According to the experimental data, the effect of the diminishing loss was analyzed. The experimental results show that the car in the research has preeminent earthquake resistance. The overall aseismic ratio comes up to 41.6% and the protection ratio of the experimental material reach to 58.3%.The research provides technical supports in the design of smart devices for the storage of mountain fruits.
