系统锚杆引起的黄土隧道局部塌腔及原因分析

摘要:针对赵家山隧道工程施工中设置系统锚杆后出现的局部塌腔现象,进行现场监测记录,总结塌腔规律并分析其形成原因。结果表明:系统锚杆的设置与否对局部塌腔的高度、体积影响明显;系统锚杆的设置对拱腰30~60o部位局部塌腔的影响大于60~90o部位;黄土隧道有超欠挖存在时会在局部产生应力集中,系统锚杆的施工促进应力释放,在隧道围岩的薄弱处呈现局部破坏;系统锚杆施工对隧道开挖后的围岩塑性区造成施工扰动,降低了原岩自稳能力,发生局部塌腔现象;系统锚杆与软弱结构面的综合作用对局部塌陷有重要影响;如若对局部塌腔现象处理不及时,其进一步发展的结果为局部塌方,在浅埋处形成拱形冒落,在深埋处造成隧道灾害。

Analysis of local collapse cavity of loess tunnel caused by systematic bolts
Abstract:For the local phenomenon of cavity collapse after setting systematic bolts in Zhao Jiashan loess tunnel on construction, site monitoring record is applied. Based on the monitoring data, the rule of cavity collapse was summarized and the causes of formation are analyzed. The monitoring results show that the effect to the depth and volume of cavity collapse are obvious after setting systematic bolt, and it influence 30~60 degrees more than 60~90 parts on the arch waist. After comprehensive analysis, conclusion are as follows: When the loess tunnel is excavated, the stress concentration will occur in the local area, the construction of the systematic bolts will promote the release of stress, and the local failure of the loess tunnel will appear; The construction of the systematic bolts causes the construction disturbance to the plastic zone after the excavation, which reduced self stabilization of original rock and the phenomenon of local cavity collapse occurs; The comprehensive effect of the systematic bolts and the weak structural plane has important influence on the local collapse; If the local collapse cavity phenomenon is not timely treatment, the further development is to be local collapse in the loess tunnel.
