生物基不饱和聚酯及低粘度稀释剂制备绿色复合材料的研究

摘要:由乙二醇,草酸与马来酸酐合成一种生物基不饱和聚酯,使用由环氧大豆油与丙烯酸反应合成的丙烯酸环氧大豆油与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合体系作为稀释剂,得到粘度小、储存稳定、可与增强棉纤维浸渍良好的不饱和聚酯树脂胶液体系。与增强棉布复合所得复合材料的拉伸断裂强度接近30 MPa,玻璃化转变温度可达90 ℃,热分解温度(Td5%)在248 ℃以上。

Green composites prepared using a bio-based unsaturated-polyester and low viscosity diluents
Abstract:A bio-based unsaturated-polyester was synthesized from ethylene glycol, oxalic acid, and maleic anhydride. It was diluted by a mixture of acrylated epoxidized soybean oil and glycidyl methacrylate to obtain an unsaturated-polyester system having a low viscosity, good storage stability and improved wettability with the reinforcing cotton fabrics. The resulting composite has tensile strength close to 30 MPa, and its glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature (Td5%) are greater than 90 C and 248 C, respectively.
