基于Adams软件的平面网衣动力学研究

摘要:网衣作为深水养殖网箱的重要组成部分,不仅能够为养殖鱼类提供生长空间,而且能够防止鱼类逃逸和敌害侵袭。网衣属于柔性结构在外荷载作用下极易发生很大的运动变形,针对平面网衣直接建模困难的问题,本文基于集中质量法,利用ADAMS的二次开发功能宏命令,建立了平面网衣在水流作用下的动力学模型。通过对平面网衣的动力学仿真,研究了不同水流作用下网衣的动态变形情况以及网衣受力平衡后的空间分布形状,为平面网衣的动力学研究提供了新思路,也为其它类似网箱系统提供了有效地建模方法。

Dynamics Analysis of Plane Net Based On ADAMS Software
Abstract:As an important component of the deepwater net cage, net is one of the most critical component in the whole area, not only can provide growth space for farmed fish, also can prevent fish escape and attack. The soft features of the net make it easy to take out movement deformation under the external load, and increase the volume loss of the cage when the flow rate is larger, thus affecting the normal growth of the farmed fish. Based on the lumped massmethod and Newton′s second law, the numericalmodel of the force and movement response forfishing nets in currentwas set up.With the help of macro command in the secondary development functions of ADAMS, the dynamic deformation and the equilibrium configuration of the plane net in current along the positive direction of x-axis were studied bymeans of computer numerical simulation method, creating a methods for simulating of the plane net, and offers an effective modeling methods for other similar net cage systems.
