基于双轴倾角检测的平面倾角测量系统

摘要:为了便于实现对平面倾斜角度的自动、准确的测量,设计了一种基于高精度双轴倾角传感器SCA100T-D02的平面倾角测量系统。根据倾角传感器的测量原理及其功能、特性,给出了双轴倾角的数学计算模型和温度补偿方法。由倾角传感器输出测量数据,单片机根据数学计算模型和温度补偿方法计算倾角数值,并经过PID滤波,在显示屏显示时间和倾角信息。系统可由太阳能供电,带有通信模块,可用于自动控制、姿态监测等领域,具有重要的实用意义。

The Plane Inclination Measurement System Based On Double-axis Angle Detection
Abstract:To facilitate the implementation of an automatic and accurate measurement of plane Angle, this project designed a plane Angle measuring system based on high-precision dual-axis tilt sensors SCA100T - D02.According to the measuring principle, functions and characteristics of the tilt sensor, we give the mathematical calculation model and the temperature compensation method of the biaxial inclination angle. The output data is measured by the tilt sensor, then the single chip microcomputer calculates the inclination angle value according to the mathematical calculation model and the temperature compensation method. After the PID filtering, the time and the tilt angle information are displayed on the display screen. The system can be powered by solar energy and has a communication module. It can be used in automatic control, attitude monitoring and other fields, which has important practical value.
