奶牛PMN生物功能调控因素研究进展

摘要:多形核中性粒细胞(PMN)在奶牛抗感染天然免疫过程中发挥着重要生物学作用,其被活化后可跨上皮迁移进入感染部位,并依靠吞噬作用、呼吸爆发和形成胞外诱捕网功能来杀灭病原微生物。但奶牛PMN上述生物功能受多类因素调控,如营养、内分泌激素、细胞因子和外源药物均能影响其生物功能。本文围绕调控奶牛PMN生物功能的因素进行论述,以期为开发更精准有效的奶牛PMN生物功能调节剂提供理论依据。

Research Progress of PMN function in Cows Mastitis
Abstract:IPoly-morphonuclear Neutrophils(PMN) plays an important biological role in the natural immunity of cow, it is activated and can migrate across the epithelium to the infected sit, it also relies on phagocytosis, respiratory outburst and NET to kill pathogenic microorganisms. However, the above biological functions of cow\'s PMN are regulated by many kinds of factors, such as nutrition, endocrine hormones, cytokines and foreign drugs can affect their biological functions. This paper discusses the factors that regulate the biological functions of PMN, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of more accurate and effective PMN biological function regulator
