摘要:本论文研究了醛或酮经过催化加氢还原烷基化反应生成二甲基异丙基胺的过程,考察了催化剂的种类、物料比、反应时间、反应温度、反应压力五个因素对反应结果的影响,确定了较佳反应条件。当以雷尼镍为催化剂时,在n(二甲胺)/n(丙酮)=1.0:1.2,反应时间为1.5 h,反应压力H2 2.0 MPa,反应温度为110oC的条件下,二甲胺的转化率可以达到99.90%,同时使得工业生产的能耗最低。催化剂回收之后重复使用五次,二甲胺转化率分别为99.90%,99.90%,99.90%,99.90%,99.90%,未见催化性能下降。?

Study on synthesis of dimethyl isopropylamine
Abstract:The preparation of dimethyl isopropylamine form sucrose was studied in the presence of the aldehyde or ketone undergoes catalytic hydrogenation. The effects of reaction conditions, such as catalysts, reaction pressure, material ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature, on the result of reaction were examined. It was found that, when Palladium on carbon was used as catalyst, and the conversion of sucrose was more than 99.90% when the reaction was carried out for 60 min at 110 ℃ and material ratio is n(acetone):n(dimethylamine)=1.2:1, reaction pressure is 2.0 Mpa. Reuse the catalyst five times, the conversion of dimethylamine was 99.90%, 99.90%, 99.90%, 99.90% and 99.90%, respectively, and the catalytic performance was not reduced.
