基于rGO-Fe3O4-Au@Pt NP复合材料的SCN-比色检测方法

摘要:本文合成了还原型氧化石墨烯-四氧化三铁-金核铂壳纳米粒子 (rGO-Fe3O4-Au@Pt NP)复合材料。通过TEM、XRD、EPR等方法表征了其形貌和类过氧化物酶活性。实验发现,硫氰酸根离子可以通过键合作用吸附于Au@Pt NPs表面,能够有效地抑制其催化活性;通过Fe3O4 NPs的磁性作用可将硫氰酸根离子从溶液中分离出来。基于此,建立了一种硫氰酸根离子的比色检测方法。该方法的检出限为1.4nmol/L,线性范围为10nmol/L-200μmol/L,并具有较高的选择性,可应用于实际水样中硫氰酸根离子的检测。

Colorimetric Detection of Thiocyanate based on rGO-Fe3O4-Au@Pt NP composities
Abstract:In this study, rGO-Fe3O4-Au@Pt NP composities were synthesized. The materials and high peroxidase-like activity were discussed by the characterization of TEM, XRD, EPR, etc. It was found that thiocyanate(SCN-) can inhibit the catalytic ability of Au@Pt NPs by absorbing on the surface of Au@Pt NPs. Thiocyanate can be separated from a solution by Fe3O4 NPs. A colorimetric detection of thiocyanate was developed based on these. The colorimetric detection of SCN- was developed with a linear range from 10 nmol/L to 200μmol/L, a detection limit of 1.4 nmol/L and high selectivity. The method has been applied to detect SCN- in tap water.
