PAN基四氮唑螯合纤维制备及其对Hg(II)的吸附性能研究

摘要:通过腈纶(PAN)纤维与三乙烯四胺(TETA)适度交联及与叠氮钠的[3+2]环加成反应,合成了一种新型四氮唑螯合纤维。讨论了反应温度、时间和试剂用量对产物性能的影响,利用元素分析、红外光谱、扫描电镜对所得产物进行了系统表征,并初步考察了纤维的吸附性能。结果表明:该螯合纤维对Hg(II)的吸附容量可达524.1mg/g,在含汞废水处理方面有较好应用前景。

Synthesis of Tetraazolyl-chelating fibers and Its Adsorption Performance on Mercury Ions
Abstract:A novel tetraazolyl-functionalized chelating fiber (TT-PAN) was synthesized by proper crosslinking of polyacrylonitrile fiber with triethylene tetramine (TETA) and [3+2] cycloaddition reaction of sodium azide. The effects of reaction temperature, time and reagent dosage on the properties of the product were discussed. The physical and chemical structures of the fibrous adsorbent were characterized by EA, FT-IR and SEM. And the adsorption properties of TT-PAN fiber were also investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the chelating fiber to Hg (II) was 524.1mg / g, which had a good prospect in the treatment of mercury - containing wastewater.
