酸铝胁迫机制对三种植物的生理学影响

摘要:以木兰科植物深山含笑,木莲和云南拟单性木兰为材料,采用土培法,分别进行酸铝胁迫处理,在叶片上浇注60ml pH为5的100mg/l的Al2(SO4)3.18H2O,并测定叶绿素含量,叶绿素荧光,相对电导率,丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化氢酶(POD)活性等生理指标,结果表明:3种木兰科植物叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,相对电导率显著下降,细胞膜收到破坏,透性增大。深山含笑和云南拟单性木兰过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升,木莲过氧化物酶(POD)活性下降。而3种木兰科植物叶片的叶绿素含量和荧光变化差异不同,木莲各项数值变化明显,其余两种植物无较大变化。实验证明:受酸铝胁迫的深山含笑和云南拟单性木兰的适应性高于木莲。?

A Study on Physiological Consequences of Three Plants by Acid-aluminum Stress
Abstract:Magnoliaceae maudiaeDunn,Manglieta fordiana and Parakmeria yunnanensis were selected to study Magnoliaceous physiological consequences by soil culture method and set up 60 ml acid liquid (100mg/L Al3+,pH5).And determine chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and catalase activity determination (POD) .The result point out that malondialdehyde (MDA) content is marked increasing,the relative electrical conductivity of the blade has a sharp decline,the cell membrane is hurt and then the permeability increases. peroxidase (POD) activity of the blades of Michelia maudiaeDunn and Parakmeria yunnanensis creases,but that of Manglieta fordiana drops. And the result also point out that the chlorophyll content has significant differences,Manglieta fordiana has a big change. Experiments show that Michelia maudiaeDunn\'s and Parakmeria yunnanensis\'s adaptability to acid aluminum stress are higher than Manglieta fordiana.
