氟化石墨合成研究新进展

摘要:氟化石墨是一种特殊的石墨层间化合物,由石墨与氟元素反应得到,随着技术的发展,其低表面能、高电化学活性、层间作用力小、憎水憎油性好、稳定性好等优异特性被不断发掘出来,因而广泛应用于军事、航空航天、冶金、机电、化工等领域。氟化石墨合成的反应工艺、原料等备受关注。合成方法主要有直接合成法,间接合成法,催化合成法,固相合成法,以及液相合成法,但是寻求高效、环保、安全的合成方法是未来研究的重点所在。

New Progress on Synthesis of Fluorinated Graphite
Abstract:Fluorinated graphite is a special kind of graphite intercalation compounds, which is prepared by the reaction of graphite and fluorine. With the development of technology, its excellent characteristics, such as low surface energy, high electrical activity, small intercalation force, hydrophobic and lipophobicity and good stability were excavated. And it is widely used in military, aerospace, metallurgy, electromechanical, chemical and other fields. The reaction conditions and raw materials related to the synthesis of fluorinated graphite have attracted much attention. The main synthesis procedures of fluorinated graphite include direct synthesis, indirect synthesis, synthesis with catalytic, synthesis with solid phase and synthesis with liquid phase. However, searching for efficient, environmentally friendly and safe synthetic methods is the focus of the study in the future.
