液相法制备SiO2非晶纳米颗粒研究进展

摘要:分散细小的球形二氧化硅非晶纳米颗粒因具有优良的物理化学特性,被普遍应用于光电、生物医学等领域。液相法作为制备纳米颗粒的常用方法,应用广泛且经济实用。液相法制备分散细小的球形二氧化硅非晶纳米颗粒是一项重要工作。本文主要综述了用溶胶凝胶法、微乳液法、沉淀法等典型液相法制备二氧化硅非晶纳米颗粒的研究进展,总结了其各个方法的优缺点,并对液相法制备二氧化硅非晶纳米颗粒的发展趋势进行了展望。

Research Progress of Synthesizing Amorphous SiO2 Nanoparticles by Liquid - phase Method
Abstract:Well-dispersed fine spherical amorphous silica nanoparticles has been widely used in optoelectronics, biomedical and other fields because of their excellent physical and chemical properties. Liquid-phase method has been usually used and practically valued as a common method of synthesizing nanoparticles. The preparation of disperse fine spherical amorphous silica nanoparticles by Liquid-phase method is an important work. In this article, research progress of amorphous silica nanoparticles prepared by sol-gel, microemulsion and precipitation method were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were summarized. Finally, the development trend of the preparation of amorphous silica nanoparticles by liquid-phase method was prospected.
