人溶菌酶转基因研究进展

摘要:(人溶菌酶是一种重要的非特异性免疫因子,其具有无害、活性稳定、广谱抗菌性等特点。近十几年来,通过科研人员的不懈努力,人溶菌酶转基因体系已从大肠杆、小鼠为宿主逐步转向大型家畜,已获得了可稳定表达重组人溶菌酶的转基因山羊、猪和奶牛。本文总结了重组人溶菌酶在各类转基因系统中表达的研究进展、影响重组人溶菌酶表达的因素及重组人溶菌酶乳腺反应器的研究状况。目前虽然重组人溶菌酶产业化仍存在一些障碍,但利用乳腺生物反应器生产重组人溶菌酶的发展前景依然广阔。

The Research process of Transgenic Human lysozyme Gene
Abstract:Human lysozyme is an important non-specific immune factor with excellent antibacterial properties, such as harmlessness, broad antibacterial spectrum, and high stability. In the past decades, the transgenic hosts of human lysozyme gene have shifted from Escherichia coli to livestocks, and the transgenic goats, pigs and cows which expressed recombinant human lysozyme have been regenerated. It was summed up that the progresses have been maked in the research work on the expression of recombinant human lysozyme in different trangsgenic systems, and the factors affecting its expression levels as well as the status of regeneration of mammary gland bioreactors for producing recombinant human lysozyme. Although there are still some obstacles in the industrialization of producing human lysozyme with genetically modified animals, its prospects are still promising.
