两类紧致型仓储系统数量柔性仿真研究

摘要:仓储成本的上涨以及需求的即时性等使得具有紧密性、系统性、高效性以及快速响应性等特点的紧致型仓储系统应用越来越普遍。文章基于仓储规模和订单响应速度两个方面的考虑提出仓储系统数量柔性的概念并选取仓储系统存储空间利用率以及系统响应速度作为其度量指标。以常见的倍深式货架系统及移动式货架系统为例,搭建系统模型,通过仿真方法比较不同规模下两类系统对订单的响应情况,从而分析两类紧致型仓储系统适用规模范围。针对倍深式货架系统可能存在翻箱作业的情况,对其存储策略进行优化,并分析了货位装载率对其运行时间的影响。仿真结果表明,移动式货架仓储空间利用率更大,倍深式货架对订单的响应速度更快。运用优化后的存储策略可以减少平均作业时间,当货位装载率低于50%时对作业时间有明显的影响。

Quantity Flexibility Simulation of Two Kinds of Compact Storage Systems
Abstract:The growing population and increasing real estate costs in many urbanized areas have made space for roomy warehouses expensive. Compact storage systems become more common with the characteristics of tightness, systematic, high efficiency and quick response. We put forward the concept of quantity flexibility of the storage system based on scale and response speed, and select space utilization rate of the storage system and the response speed to orders as the measurement indexes. And taking double-deep rack storage system and the mobile rack storage system as examples, the system models are set up and the response time of the two kinds of compact storage systems is analyzed by comparing it to different scales of the system though simulating to analyze the proper scale of these two compact storage systems. In view of the fact that there may be reshuffle operations in double-deep rack storage system, the storage policy is optimized to avoid them. And the influence of the loading rate of storage locations in the whole system on its traveling time is analyzed too. The simulation results show that the mobile rack storage system has a higher utilization of space and the double-deep rack storage system responds faster to the orders. Using the optimized storage policy can reduce the average operating time, and it has a noticeable impact on the operating time when the loading rate is less than 50%.
