转炉石灰石造渣炼钢工艺的水模型

摘要:为研究石灰石加入对转炉熔池混均时间的影响以及有利于转炉硅挥发的喷吹工艺,以某公司60t转炉为原型,建立了以干冰替代石灰石的转炉水模型,考察快速大量逸出CO2对于动力学条件的影响。根据研究结果推论,转炉加入石灰石造渣快速逸出CO2能减少熔池的混匀时间,相对于转炉兑铁水后加入石灰石,兑铁水前加入产生的CO2气体对熔池搅拌的动能更大,最有利于硅挥发反应发生的工业参数为"枪位0.64m +底吹流量164m3/h+顶吹流量11818~12727m3/h。实际生产可以这些参数为基础进行实验确定。

Water simulation of BOF steelmaking process of limestone slag
Abstract:In order to study the effect of limestone addition on the mixing time of molten pool and the blowing parameters favorable for the volatilization of silicon, a converter water model was established. The model is based on a 60t converter, and dry ice is used to substitute limestone to investigate the influence of rapid and extensive escape of CO2 on kinetic conditions. The results shows that rapid escape CO2 from limestone can reduce the mixing time of the molten pool. Compared to adding limestone into converter after adding molten iron, in the situation of adding limestone before the molten iron, the resulting CO2 gas has a greater mixing effect to the molten pool. The most favorableWater simulation of BOF steelmaking process of limestone blowing parameters for silicon volatilization is "lance hight: 0.64m,bottom blowing flow:164m3/h,top blowing flow :11818m3/h or 12727m3/h". Actual production can be experimentally determined based on these parameters
