摘要:由于特定应用开发新材料的需求日益增长氧化物热力学性质的估算方法,导致对尚未测量的热力学值的需求增加。热力学性质的实验确定是一个耗时和劳动密集的工作,并且一些氧化物很难在常规的条件下合成,那么想得到他们的热力学性质就变得难上加难了。本文主要介绍一些常用的估算氧化物的热力学性质(如:生成焓、熵以及热容)的方法。通过这些估算方法我们可以很快的计算得到这些氧化物的热力学值,为之后的研究打下基础。

Estimation methods for thermodynamic properties of oxides
Abstract:Due to the growing demand for new materials for specific applications, the demand for thermodynamic values that have not yet been measured has increased. The experimental determination of thermodynamic properties is a time-consuming and labor-intensive work, and some oxides are difficult to synthesize under conventional conditions, so it is very difficult to get their thermodynamic properties. This paper mainly introduces some commonly used methods to estimate thermodynamic properties of oxides (such as enthalpy of formation, entropy and heat capacity). Through these estimation methods, we can quickly calculate the thermodynamic value of these oxides, and lay the foundation for the subsequent research.
