扫描鹰无人机设计研究

摘要:扫描鹰无人机作为美国无人侦查机的重要机型,其已经成为全世界使用最广泛、认可度最高的轻型侦察机。中国无人侦查机起步较晚,研制出的ASN-104无人侦查机与扫描鹰无人侦查机在技术上仍有一定的差距。针对这个现实情况,对扫描鹰无人机的总体设计及气动设计进行研究,并在此基础上建立了总体设计及气动设计模型,结合ANSYS-Fluent软件对模型进行验证。结果表明:建立的扫描鹰模型其在3000m的巡航高度中,以35m/s 的速度飞行,在小范围迎角下,其具有合理的升力系数,机翼承受的压力值较低,具有较好的气动特性。其有助于中国侦查无人机工业的发展。

Design and Research of Scanning Eagle UAV
Abstract:As an important model of surveillance drone, Scanning Eagle unmanned aerial vehicle has won the highest recognition in the world. China is relatively late on the study of surveillance drone in contrast with other developed countries. There is still a technical gap between the ASN-104 surveillance drone and the Scanning Eagle UAV. ASN-104 is the mainstream surveillance drone in china. According to this situation, this paper propose an overall design of surveillance drone based on the characteristics of Scanning Eagle UAV, and have an analysis on the aerodynamic performance of this design. This paper use CATIA and ANYSYS as modeling and analysis tools to conduct this design. The results show that the built model has reasonable lift coefficient and take a low wing pressure when the plane cruises at the designed altitude of 3000m, flying at the speed of 35m/s.
