基于居民用户冻结电量的大数据聚类分析

摘要:随着住宅用电比重的增大,居民用电对电网的影响也在逐渐增加。用户日负荷曲线模型对于需求侧管理和智能电网技术发展变得越来越重要。本文构建了用户日负荷曲线模型,并提出了一种用户日负荷曲线分析方法。通过K-means方法对用户负荷数据进行聚类,根据信息熵和决策树对日负荷曲线进行分析。该模型可以有效反映不同类别用户的行为。

Clustering and Analysis of Residential Load Data
Abstract:With the proportion of residential users\' electricity consumption in the power grid growing, the impact of residential users on the power grid is increasing. The model of the user\'s daily load curve is important to demand-side management and smart grid technology development. This paper constructs the user load daily curve model, and puts forward the method of user daily load curve analysis. The K-means method is used to cluster the user load daClustering and Analysis of Residential Load Datata, and the daily load curve is analyzed according to the information entropy and the decision tree. The model can effectively reflect the behavior of users under different categories.
