运动治疗代谢性肌病的研究现状

摘要:采用文献资料调研,较全面的梳理了有关运动治疗代谢性肌病的研究成果:1)糖原贮积和线粒体肌病患者以最大吸氧量60%左右强度(即<70%的峰值心率)的有氧运动进行训练,治疗效果较好;2)轻微的力量训练和有氧训练相结合可能更为有效;3)可用血浆CK水平监测肌肉损伤程度;4)避免进行高强度的动态运动和抗阻训练,应在肌肉无挛缩或肌痛时从事运动疗法。尽管这些研究不够深入,但对进一步深入探索运动治疗代谢性肌病具有重要理论和现实意义。

The current research status of exercise therapy metabolic myopathy
Abstract:By using the methods of literature research, summary of research results on exercise in the treatment of metabolic myopathy: 1)In patients with Glycogen storage and mitochondrial myopathy in about 60% of maximal oxygen uptake intensity (the peak heart rate < 70%) aerobic exercise training, the treatment effect is better; 2)Strength training and aerobic training combination may be more effective; 3) Plasma CK level monitoring muscle injury degree; 4) can\'t high dynamic motion and resistance training , there should be no contracture or myalgia in muscle exercise training. Although these studies in-depth, to further explore the exercise therapy metabolic myopathy has important theoretical and practical significance.
