煤层气水平井防垢微泡沫钻井液配置及评价

摘要:针对煤层气水平井钻井过程中储层损害,以(NaPO3)6为防垢剂,优选了发泡剂和稳泡剂,配置了防垢微泡沫钻井液。通过钻井液流变性能测试、稳定性评价、悬浮分散能力、防垢性能和煤岩膨胀性测试及煤岩储层保护评价对防垢微泡沫钻井液进行了性能评价。结果表明:防垢微泡沫钻井液泡沫性能稳定,密度低且流变性能较好,携岩能力及井眼净化能力好,满足低孔低压煤层以欠平衡方式钻进,防垢微泡沫钻井液通过有效防止钙垢的生成,控制煤岩膨胀协同泡沫暂堵孔隙,从而降低对煤岩储层的伤害,渗透率仅降低7.03%。

Configuration and evaluation of anti-scale micro foam drilling fluids for CBM horizontal well
Abstract:For the process of drilling coalbed methane horizontal well reservoir damage, A type of anti-scale micro foam drilling fluid was prepared by using (NaPO3)6 as the scale inhibitor and optimizing foaming agent and foam stabilizer. Through the methods of evaluation on the rheological and stability of drilling fluid, anti-fouling performance test, suspension dispensability, coal swelling test and the evaluation of coal reservoir protection, the ability of anti-scale micro foam drilling fluid was appraised. The laboratory results show that anti-scale micro foam drilling fluid with stable foam, low density, high-blooded rheological property, well rock carrying and cleaning ability. It can prevent the formation of calcium scale, control the coal rock expansion cooperate with foam temporary plugging the hole, to reach the purpose of reducing reservoir damage, the permeability is reduced by only 7.03%.
