基于单元生死技术的弹性结构承载力可视化方法

摘要:分析结构的传力特性,有助于评估其承载性能,为结构优化设计提供参考。本文定义了设计区域单元的"死活"状态,并以其为设计变量,提出一种基于单元生死技术的弹性结构承载力可视化方法。引入单元生死技术,基于有限元理论推导并定义了反映弹性结构中各单元承载性能的单元承载力指标F*,采用矢量箭头和RGB云图的表达方式实现单元承载力的可视化。算例表明,本文提出的方法能够将结构中各区域的承载性能及力的传递路线直观地表达出来,可为结构优化设计提供有益参考。

The Research of Bearing Forced Visualization for Elastic Structures Based on Element Birth and Death Technique
Abstract:Analyzing the structural characteristics of transferred force, will help to evaluate the structural bearing force and provide the reference for the structural optimization design. In the present paper, the element birth and death technology which defines the element in "active" or "inactive" is applied to the visualized method of bearing force for elastic structures. The theoretical derivation combining the element birth and death technique with the method of finite element analysis is given. A parameter F* reflecting the bearing force of each element in the elastic structure by vector arrow and RGB color-map is defined. Numerical instance shows that the method can intuitively express each region\'s bearing force and the path of transferred force in structure to provide an effective reference for the structural optimization design.
