一种面向大规模天线beamforming技术的光前传网络资源优化方案

摘要:随着无线业务的增长,使用大规模天线阵列技术应对指数级增长的用户侧数据流量是5G无线接入侧的发展趋势。本文以基于大规模天线波束成形技术的TWDM-PON前传网络架构为背景,根据波束、光资源、无线资源的特点,引入波束天线阵可切分的思想,并提出了基于阈值分割的光与无线资源联合优化的下行资源分配算法。仿真结果表明,该算法能够在尽量减少前传带宽的同时,提高无线资源利用率,因而实现了两种资源的联合优化。

A Resource Optimization Scheme of Optical Fronthaul for Large Scale Antenna Beamforming Technology
Abstract:With the growth of wireless services, using large scale antenna array technology to cope with the exponential growth of data traffic on the user side is the development trend of 5G wireless access side. In the background of TWDM-PON fronthaul architecture based on large scale antenna beamforming technology, this paper introduces the idea of splitting the beam antenna arrray according to the characteristics of beams, optical resources and wireless resources, and proposes a threshold based beam-splitted resource allocation algorithm in downlink for joint optimization of optical and wireless resources. The simulation results show that the algorithm can reduce the fronthaul bandwidth and improve the utilization of wireless resources, thus achieving the joint optimization of two kinds of resources.
