Cu/ZnO/SBA-15催化碳酸乙烯酯加氢制乙二醇和甲醇性能研究

摘要:碳酸乙烯酯加氢反应是CO2与环氧乙烷合成碳酸乙烯酯,随后再加氢的间接CO2转化路径生产乙二醇和甲醇过程的关键步骤。本文采用蒸氨法制备了一些列Cu/ZnO/SBA-15催化剂,在保持铜和锌总负载量约为20%条件下,通过调节Cu/Zn比例,考察了锌对铜基催化剂在碳酸乙烯酯加氢反应的活性和选择性的影响,实验结果表明,在铜锌比为2:1的催化剂上获得最高的催化反应性能,其碳酸乙烯酯的转化率为100%,甲醇的选择性为69.7%,乙二醇的选择性为100%。

Cu/ZnO/SBA-15 Catalyst for Catalytic Hydrogenation of Ethylene Carbonate to Ethylene Glycol and Methanol
Abstract:The ethylene carbonate (EC) hydrogenation is the key step for indirect CO2 conversion to ethylene glycol and methanol via the reaction of CO2 with ethylene oxide to EC and the sunseqent hydrogenation of EC. Herein, a series of Cu/ZnO/SBA-15 catalystswerepreparedby the ammonia evaporationmethodvia controlling the Cu/Zn mass ratio (total amont of Cu and Zn about 20%)to investigate theeffects of Zn on theactivity and selectivy of EC hydrogenation. The results indicated thatthe catalyst with Cu/Zn of 2:1 exhibited outstanding catalytic performance, wirh EC conversion of 100%, selectivity of methanol and ethylene glycol of 69.7% and 100%, respectively.
