摘要:命名数据网络(NDN)是美国国家科学基金会在其互联网体系结构工程下的资助项目之一。基于NDN的项目研究目的是为了将现今以各主机为中心搭建的网络改进为以数据为中心的网络,其以内容名字作为核心的网络模型,能够适应大规模的数据的分发传输以及保障数据的安全。数据同步在当今网络的使用中已经成为了一项基本的要求,很多应用如云存储,群组通信以及集群服务等都需要数据同步的支持。在NDN网络中,对于网络节点间的数据进行同步也是能够发挥NDN网络特性的一个方向,其以内容为中心的设计模型较传统的IP网络更加适应分布式的部署方式,从而使得NDN网络在网络节点间的数据同步方面有一些传统IP网络没有的优势。controlSync是一种基于命名数据网络的数据同步方案。这种同步方式改进了现有同步方案的一些缺点,结合了集中式与分布式两种方案的优势,同时更加适用于集群服务器间的数据同步。

A Data Synchronization System Based on Named Data Network
Abstract:The Named Data Networking (NDN) is a projects funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation under its Future Internet Architecture Program.The NDN project investigates proposed evolution from today\'s host-centric network architecture (IP) to a data-centric network architecture (NDN). Data synchronization has become a basic requirement in the use of today\'s networks, and many applications such as cloud storage, group communication and cluster services all need to be support by data synchronization. In NDN networks, data synchronization is an aspect to develop the characteristics. Its content-centric design model is more adaptable to distributed deployment than traditional IP networks, so NDN networks have some tradition in data synchronization that IP network does not have the advantage. controlSync is a data synchronization scheme based on named data networks. This synchronization method improves some shortcomings of the existing synchronization solution, combines the advantages of both centralized and distributed solutions, and is more suitable for data synchronization among the cluster servers.
