摘要:通过文献资料调研,较全面的综述了PGC-1α的表达与脂质和葡萄糖转运以及对机体胰岛素敏感性影响的最新研究成果。研究表明,骨骼肌PGC -1α表达与机体胰岛素抵抗密切相关,通过运动或外源输入增加机体PGC -1α的适度表达都有改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。然而,运动和外源性改变骨骼肌PGC -1α表达的手段、方法及其作用效果的机制等尚未明确。

Research progress of the relationship between PGC-1α and insulin resistance
Abstract:Through literature review, the latest research results of the expression of PGC-1α and lipid and glucose transport, as well as insulin sensitivity of the body were reviewed comprehensively. Studies have shown that the expression of PGC-1α in skeletal muscle is closely related to insulin resistance, and the increase of PGC-1α by exercise or exogenous input can improve the insulin resistance. However, the mechanisms and methods of exercise and exogenous changes of PGC-1α expression in skeletal muscle and the mechanism of its effect are not clear. Keywords:
