酶解脱支-醚化改性淀粉复合膜的制备及其性质探究

摘要:目的:以酶解脱支酶解脱支-醚化改性淀粉复合膜的制备及其性质探究-醚化复合改性玉米淀粉为成膜基材,甘油、柠檬酸为助剂,研究复合膜的相关性质及结构表征。方法:通过流延法制备酶解脱支-醚化改性淀粉复合膜,分析淀粉浓度、甘油含量、料液温度及柠檬酸含量对复合膜机械性能,阻水和阻氧性能的影响,并通过傅里叶红外、热重、X-射线衍射及扫描电镜对其进行结构表征。结果:研究表明,当淀粉浓度为3%,甘油含量为30%,料液温度为95 ℃,柠檬酸含量为10%时,复合膜的性能较好。淀粉、甘油和柠檬酸相互作用,复合膜的热稳定性提高,结晶度降低,表面变得更加平滑。结论:淀粉、甘油和柠檬酸之间存在交联作用,从而使得淀粉膜形成了更为复杂的网络结构,淀粉膜的性能得到提高。

Study on Preparation and Properties of Debranching-Etherified Modified Starch Composite Film
Abstract: This work aims to study the relevant properties of composite film, with debranching -etherified modified corn starch as substrate, glycerol and citric acid as additives. The composite film was prepared by film casting, and the effects of starch concentration, glycerol content, temperature and citric acid content on the mechanical properties, water and oxygen barrier properties of the composite film were analyzed. In addition, the relevant structure was characterized by FTIR, TGA, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the performance of the composite film was better when the starch concentration was 3%, the glycerol content was 30%, the temperature was 95 ℃ and the citric acid content was 10%. The addition of citric acid increased the thermal stability, decreased the crystallinity, and smoothened the film surface. There was cross-linking reaction among citric acid, starch and glycerol, which led to the formation of a more complex network structure, and thus the comprehensive performance of the starch film was improved.
