碳纤维加固混凝土中CFRP补片的研究

摘要:本文使用有限元方法分析了带有CFRP补片的混凝土加固梁中CFRP布与CFRP锚上的应变分布情况,通过比对CFRP布上不同位置处的实验及有限元结果,在CFRP布长度方向上选取合适的应变结果讨论区并计算CFRP锚固系统的抗拉性能。通过和现有的CFRP锚强度计算公式进行对比,证明了外贴CFRP补片可以有效增强CFRP锚在锚孔处抵抗断裂的能力并能充分发挥CFRP材料的抗拉性能。基于CFRP加固实验梁的设计原则,可以通过在CFRP锚外部粘贴CFRP补片的做法提升CFRP锚的抗拉强度及实验梁的承载能力。

Behavior of CFRP patch uesd for CFRP strips to strengthen concrete structures
Abstract:This paper uses finite element method to analyze CFRP strip and CFRP anchor strain of reinforcedconcrete beams withCFRP patches. By comparing strain reponses of different sectionbetween experiments and simulations, appropriate straindiscussion area has been selected to calculate the strength of CFRP anchor system.Compared with existing CFRP anchor strength formulas, CFRP patch can effectively enhance the fracture resistance of CFRP anchor and give full play to the tensile properties of CFRP materials. Based on the design principle of CFRP reinforcing experimental beam, it\'s a good way to improve the tensile strength of CFRP anchor and ultimatebearing capacity of the experimental beam by adheringthe CFRP patch tothe CFRP anchor.
