组织网络偏离行为意向的影响因素分析:计划行为理论视角

摘要:本研究通过组织网络偏离行为产生的心理层面因素,探讨组织网络偏离行为意向的形成过程。通过对282名企事业员工的问卷调查数据分析,研究结果表明:(1)计划行为理论能较好地解释网络偏离行为意向,行为态度的影响最大,其次是主观规范,知觉行为控制的影响最小;(2)行为合理化对网络偏离行为总体意向以及不同行为意向均产生了直接影响,对主观规范与网络偏离行为意向有负向调节作用,对知觉行为控制与兴趣行为意向有负向调节作用;(3)计划行为理论三个变量与行为合理化共同解释了网络偏离行为意向68.4%的变异,表明对行为意向有很高的预测效果。研究结论对领导者有效管理组织网络偏离行为具有实际指导意义。

A Study on influencing factors of Organizational Internet Deviance Behavior:from TPB Pespective
Abstract:The author discussed employee\'s psychological factors about internet deviate behavior intention on the basis of empirical research methods.In this study, date were collected from 282 employees and supervisors. The results shows that:The theory of planned behavior can predicting the internet deviate behavior intention.Attitude exert an most influence, followed by subjective norms, perceived behavioral control with minimal impact. Behavior Justification has a direct impact on the internet deviate behavior intention,and it plays a significant regulatory role in the influence of subjective norms and internet deviate overall behavior. Behavior Justification plays a significant regulatory role respectively in the influence of perceived behavioral control and interest behavioral intention.The three variables of theory of planned behavior and behavior justification together explain 68.4% of the internet deviate behavior intention, it suggests that they have a high predictive effect. The conclusion has practical guiding significance for effective management of OIDB.
